I created a community on this website, and it is free to join! I am hoping that this will become a safe place for those who suffer from mental illness (and their families and friends) to socialize and share online.

I created my own Bipolar Support Group, and I hope someday others will be in it. I have a lot to share, both from experience and education, and I am very proud to provide a platform for that to happen on. I want this to be a place of support and socialization, a place where we all free comfortable to share our problems and what we are experiencing. Maybe we can find others who have had similar experiences and are able to provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions on how to make it easier to go through.
